Job Summary:
Neilson Cleaning & Painting is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pressure Washing Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial exterior surfaces using professional-grade pressure washing equipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washers and related equipment safely and effectively
- Clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, siding, roofs, gutters, fences, patios, and commercial buildings
- Prep work areas by covering or protecting plants, outlets, fixtures, etc.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions and detergents as needed
- Perform equipment inspections and light maintenance
- Communicate professionally with clients and answer basic service questions
- Load/unload equipment and ensure proper setup at job sites
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and tools
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with soft washing, roof cleaning, or surface restoration
- Knowledge of cleaning solutions and surface-safe practices
- Basic mechanical skills for maintaining equipment
